    • Goal Setting

    • Overall understanding of YOU

  • Scheduled check-in sessions, either weekly or bi-weekly, will cover:

    • Goal assessment

    • Identifying challenges and barriers

    • Evaluating what's effective and what needs adjustment

    • Addressing questions and providing advice

    • Receiving and incorporating feedback

  • You will have full accessibility to a private chat (HIPAA compliant) and be able to communicate with me (checking in or answering questions you may have in between sessions)

  • You will have access to unlimited nutrition resources, personalized bi-weekly meal guide, recipe book and handouts to set yourself up for success, in achieving your nutrition and wellness goals.
