Hi, I’m Kacey — Registered Dietitian and Founder of KG Essential Nutrition.
For years, I struggled with losing weight and feeling confident in my own skin. I tried every “healthy” diet out there, hoping something would finally stick— but nothing worked long term.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing extremes and started focusing on sustainable habits, balanced nutrition and actually enjoying my life while taking care of my body.
